Refund policy

Our guides are digital files delivered instantly, so all sales are final once the files are available to download.

If a file is damaged or missing, or you cannot access your purchase, email susanwhitfield.kitchen@outlook.com and we will send a working copy or refund you. Bought the same guide twice by mistake? Tell us within 14 days and we refund the duplicate.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
